Craig Stenhouse, P.Eng. (BC)

President

Craig is a structural engineer with 28+ years of experience managing industrial, marine terminal, and materials handling infrastructure projects across Canada, the United States, and from the Arctic to South America. He leads EngWest's strategic development, client engagement, and project execution efforts.

Craig's portfolio includes leadership on flagship terminal redevelopments valued in the hundreds of millions through to rehabilitation work on a multitude of complex structures and systems. He is known for his hands-on project delivery approach and long-term client relationships that form the foundation of EngWest's culture.

Devin Hagardt, P.Eng. (BC, AB, SK)

VP - Operations

Devin brings over 22 years of experience leading multidisciplinary engineering and inspection projects across the marine terminal, heavy industrial, and energy sectors. Before co-founding EngWest, Devin served as Director of the Asset Reliability Division at a leading mid-sized consultancy, where he built and managed a team responsible for marine infrastructure inspection, condition assessment, and rehabilitation design across Western Canada and the U.S.

Devin oversees EngWest's operations, ensuring every engagement upholds the company's core promise: precision, responsiveness, and reliability.

Andrew Katnick, P.Eng. (BC, AB), M.Eng., PMP

VP - Engineering

Andrew has over 24 years of EPCM experience specializing in multidisciplinary mining, marine terminal, and heavy industrial projects. He has managed everything from small maintenance and operational upgrades to complex engineering scopes exceeding $900 million in capital value, with a strong emphasis on executing projects collaboratively with clients, capital estimating, project controls, scheduling, and quality management.

As Vice President, Andrew is responsible for EngWest's technical compliance, AIM system management, quality management, and alignment with regulatory professional practice standards.
